Batch 4: Sloe Apothecary Gin Liqueur

Sloes, otherwise known as Blackthorn or Prunus Spinosa are a relative of the plum. Each year after the first frost they are carefully hand-foraged from secret locations around Tasmania. Steeped in Apothecary Gin and a dash of sugar, they are left for many months to ensure a rich colour and depth of flavour.
