Matured in a 100L Tawny Port cask, our limited-edition whisky for Tasmanian Whisky Week has been crafted for the discerning taste. The influence of the tawny cask brings forward dried fig, candied orange peel, toasted almond, and velvet cocoa, balanced by the spirit’s natural warmth and gentle spice – a decadent collision of whisky and wine-soaked wood.
