The latest release for Killara Distillery spent just shy of 6 years in a South Australian 100lt ex Shiraz cask to slowly incorporate the rich fruit and floral characteristics with the malt spirit.

The oak and Shiraz influences have added a little spice while remaining a smooth and easy-to-drink whisky at 43%.
