Ten carefully selected botanicals are distilled to create the Apothecary Gin which has then been quietly resting in a 100L ex Killara Single Malt Whisky barrel for over 6 months.

Beautifully balanced gin with subtle undertones of whisky and oak that complement the botanicals. Fantastic in cocktails or enjoy over ice or with a splash of soda. Serve with sliced strawberry or sliced green apple.
