Ten carefully selected botanicals are distilled to create the Apothecary Gin which has then spent 3 months ageing in cask KD13, an award winning 100lt ex Single Malt Whisky barrel.

Beautifully balanced gin with subtle undertones of whisky and oak that complement the botanicals. Fantastic in cocktails or enjoy over ice or with a splash of soda. Serve with sliced strawberry or sliced green apple.
