Our latest release further extends the flavour journey of Killara Whisky. Matured in a Muscat barrel, this whisky has a delicious flavour reminiscent of a spiced fruit cake drizzled in sugar syrup with notes of sun-ripened apricot, nutty raisin, and orange blossom.

This whisky has two options depending on how you prefer to drink your whisky, with a small number bottled at Cask Strength (61.4%) and the remaining whisky bottled at 48%.
